As soon as the reservation was made, the time of arrival (15:00) and departure (11:00) caught our attention. They authorized entry a little earlier and let me out for 12 hours, even because the hotel was empty, but I think that these times greatly worsen the “daily” of the guest. The hotel is close to the bus station and halfway from Shopping Cataratas, besides, there is nothing else close by. It has the advantage of being served by the bus that goes to Paraguay. As soon as I checked in, I made it clear that the internet is a priority for me. The employee informed that the internet is only available at the reception – false advertising then, as the booking website clearly reads “Free Wi-Fi in the rooms”. Attentive, put me in a room above the reception, helped, but the wifi was really bad. The room was unusual: large, with huge wardrobes - full of hangers - however, you were charged 3 reais a day for using the safe???!!! It had 2 beds in the room and a great luggage rack. A large bench (which despite being short, I could still use my external keyboard), but you can only sit – on uncomfortable chairs and without any ergonomics – at the ends, as there are shelves in the middle. It would even be better to have placed the fridge in this place, so you wouldn't have to get up to help yourself, but it was placed on the countertop below the TV. The air conditioning and the fridge worked just fine. There's a big window to the avenue, which is set back, so the movement doesn't bother you so much. The blackout lets in some light, but nothing serious. The bathroom was also big. The used floor was very ugly (as well as the whole room). The only complaint goes to the toilet seat: it was very stained (disgusting). The faucets were simple and there was one for hot and one for cold water, both in the sink and in the shower, which is very annoying to regulate and reach the ideal point of the water. Amenites included caps. Breakfast is not my main meal, so I don't pay much attention, but it seemed simple. There was a huge swimming pool. Most problems can be worked around and there are merits (such as the size of the room), but the lack of quality internet in the 21st century is unforgivable and no return.

Mobilia muito antiga. Quarto com cheiro de mofo. Cama pequena e barulhenta. As toalhas quando usamos começaram cheirar mal. Ar condicionado parou de funcionar, abri a frente do ar e o filtro estava extremamente sujo. O telefone do quarto não funcionava, precisei descer para reclamar.

Es un hotel que se nota que tuvo su momento de gloria . La habitación es amplia , el equipamiento es algo antiguo pero se descansa bien. Buena cantidad de agua caliente para el baño. El desayuno muy completo y sabroso. La pileta de natación es para pasar un lindo momento. No está en el centro pero está en una ubicación muy práctica para salir hacia Paraguay o Argentina.

Experiência ótima, sem qualquer problema. O hotel é mais antigo, como disseram as avaliações que eu li, mas é totalmente satisfatório. Quartos amplos, camas boas, café diversificado, serviço de quarto eficiente, tem uma área kids e uma piscina muito boa para adultos e crianças. Destaque positivo também no atendimento e nas porções servidas pelo bar da piscina.

Hotel precisa de reparos, sem manutenção adequada: Piscina com corrimão quebrado , quartos com problemas em portas , piso do entorno da piscina soltando, prédio sujo e precisando de pintura e os elevadores são muito velhotes demoram muito. A experiência, no geral, deixou bastante a desejar…
