O hotel possui quartos espaçosos, os edredons e lençóis são de ótima qualidade e limpos. O chuveiro é ótimo. A piscina é grande. O café da manhã é muito bom.

Rude and crumbling.
Air conditionar didn't work. Sanitary shower was broken. The door didn't lock properly. The pillows smelt of the hundred people who stayed there before. The sheets smelt of something nasty, probably the chemical they used to try and kill the bed bugs, didn't seem like it was effective.
The bar staff varied between disinterested, uncourteous and in the case of the one with ridiculous make-up - obnoxious.
Seemed like all the stafff, infact most people in the area who work with tourists feel themselves superior to the tourists from whom they make a living, Unlike people in the rest of Brazil the people in Foz do Iguacu seem very rude.

I loved staying here!! Everything was perfect. Great amenities including a nice pool. My room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. Great service and attention by João Victor, the receptionist, who was really kind and helpful during my stay.

Internet connection was slow. At breakfast, limited vegetables were available. But cost performance is nice.

As dependência do hotel são ótimas… piscina e brinquedos para crianças pequenas. Bastante área gratuita para estacionar. Café da manhã muito bom tem até tapioca feita na hora . Máquina de café expresso.

Viajamos em família e fomos muito bem recepcionados no hotel, todos os funcionários prestativos e educados, quartos limpos e organizados, banheiro ótimo, camas confortáveis, café da manhã com muitas opções deliciosas, tapioca feita na hora, uma delícia. O hotel fica em uma excelente localização. Para quem se hospedar, não deixe de conhecer o restaurante Castelo do Alemão que fica quase ao lado do hotel, comida deliciosa, preço ótimo e o melhor Chopp de vinho que já tomei na vida.
