It's a pretty standard motel with no highlights. The price is very cheap even in Boston's peak season. The breakfast is very simple, including bread and coffee, and there is fruit, but there is no place to sit. You have to take it to the room to eat.

It was the perfect place to stay while still being very close to the Gilette Stadium.

The room itself was recently redone and very clean and comfortable. Dated main areas and hallways. Exterior back door was not secure. Was fine fir a one night midweek stay

Staff are not always at front desk, but callable by phone at desk. No phones in rooms. Maintenance issues not promptly addressed, and problems with rooms not tracked. Seems some missing mail also occurred.

The king rooms were amazingly nice, very nicely renovated with furniture, huge bathroom mirror, double sink. We enjoyed the comfy beds, and it was quiet. The shower was really nice and hot. The heater is quite loud when it goes on and off, took some getting used to! The only thing not up to par was the "hot" breakfast. It is VERY misleading to say its hot. The only thing hot is the coffee and there is a toaster oven. It was only bagels, english muffins, cream cheese, nothing hot. Also we were really surprised there was no place to sit except in the restaurant/bar. Unfortuntely it had too high of chairs for my mom to sit, so we had to cart breakfast back to our room which is risk of spilling...very awkward. We would stay here again, as it is a good value, gorgeous room and even with the breakfast the way it is.

Our room looked like it was still under construction. There were unpainted ceiling patches and missing drywall from where someone didn’t cut it correctly. I don’t feel like the cleaning crew was thorough with their cleaning before we checked into our room. There was stuff still on the floor and stains left on the couch. As for the bar, its not a noise issue like the others have mentioned since they close at 10 pm everyday. There was great service and good food in there. The noise issue comes from the second floor. We had people walking around above us from 3 to 5 am. This hotel wouldn’t be my first pick for our next trip. Plan on a 30+ minute walk from Gillette Stadium since it’s a 1.5 mile uphill walk. Bar 10/10 Hotel 5/10

Staff and cleaning crew were outstanding! Clean, quiet room. Bar closes at 10 pm, so no late night partying, which I like. Breakfast choices ok, but lots of fresh fruit.

The staff was very friendly! The hotel itself was very run down and in desperate need of an upgrade. It smelled strongly of smoke, even in our nonsmoking room.

The only problem was anyone could walk in the back door, one of our sinks didnt work and everytime we left, we had to go back down to the lobby because our key card wouldn't work. Other then that we had a good room, convenient parking and staff was friendly

We arrived at the property and the check-in was very easy. We had to walk around to the end of the building to get to our room. When we entered the hallway, we were hit with a strong odor of cigarette smoke. Walking down the hallway, it appeared as though some of these rooms were inhabited by people who live there. I can tell the difference between rooms that are clean and rooms that are dirty just by the smell. I wasn't too sure about what was going to happen next, but when we walked down the hallway to our room, I was pleasantly surprised. The hallway was significantly wider than the ones we just walked down, there was a pleasant smell in the hallway, and everything looked as if it was newly renovated. The room was very nice with all updated furnishings and fixtures and was equal to many hotels that I have visited in the past.

The property was okay, but the carpets could use an update. The restaurant that shares property with this hotel, stopped selling anything but fried food an hour before closing. Not everyone wants fried food all the time, all food should be available until closure.
