Patras Apartments

Patras apartments are the perfect location to stay in Fourni: a quiet place with sea view, near the port and the local tavernas, not far from some amazing beaches.

Very spacious and clean rooms with traditional island atmosphere. The view to the port and the sea was marvelous. Kaha and Maya took care of everything.

When my wife and I booked the apartment we knew it was up a steep slope, but going up and down 79 steps several times a day became a challenge for us. In truth it was blooming hard work. The apartment itself was really lovely, with all the equipment necessary to eat on the balcony if that’s what you like to do, and we do. However, I guess that because the apartment is up a steep hill, getting water to all the apartments isn’t easy. As a consequence every time a tap was turned on or the shower was run or the toilet flushed a water pump kicked in to keep the water pumping. That water pump was extremely loud and could be running for a long time. With a number of apartments and all being occupied, lots of water was being run at all times of day and night. The pump made a truly awful noise in our room (3). It has to be said, towards the end of our week long stay the water pump was replaced by a much quieter one albeit still just behind the apartment so the pump could still be heard. As regards our host. We only actually saw him once when he picked us up from the port at 00.45am and drive us 100 yards to the bottom of the steps up to the apartment. He helped us to our apartment and showed us around. That was pretty much all we saw of him for the entire week. Did we enjoy our stay in Fourni, overall, yes we did. Would we go again, I very much doubt it.

The rooms are beautiful. They are really comfortable and designed extremely well. The beds are brilliantly comfortable and the bathroom is great. We were very well looked after by Dimitris, Manolis and Tasos. Lovely people . We will be back.

Thank you Dimitris We had a wonderful time in your apartment right on top of the hill with the most beautiful view over the harbour and the sea beyond. The studio is very tastefully decorated, lovely bed, brilliant shower. Dimitris was incredibly helpful when I made the booking last year, looked at ferry timetables and was very responsive to my emails. We had the best time. Delicious food in lovely tavernas both on the harbour front and on the back streets and the square. We stayed for a week on this beautiful island. The apartments are very conveniently located close to the harbour front and directly next to a lovely kafenion with delicious coffee and breakfast if required. I would heartily recommend these great studios and we would love to come back another time!

The rooms, the service, and the beauty of the location is perfect. The Markakis Family are warm and wonderful hosts! The absolute best value I've ever had in a hotel. I highly recommend it. Bravo!! Thank you. This is my fifth trip to this location and I could not be more satisfied.
