Hi I recently checked in for this hotel. It's affordable very quiet staffing is great and always will help with any issues. front desk open 24 hrs rooms are really good internet work fast not like other motels. also is pet friendly . I recommend it .ill give 5 star

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Serena Inn Extended Stay in Kissimmee and found it to be a great choice. The room was spacious, very clean, and featured a comfortable bed alongside a convenient kitchenette, making it perfect for an extended visit. The location is ideal, with easy access to major attractions like Disney World and Universal Studios, which was a significant advantage. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any needs. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, which was a big plus since I had to work during my stay. Additionally, parking was plentiful and conveniently located. The only minor drawback was that some of the common areas could benefit from a bit of updating. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience. For the price, the Serena Inn offers excellent value, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in the Kissimmee area.

It was an awesome experience to stay at this motel for a month. The hotel suit is neat and clean, with all necessary equipment. The place is situated just 6 miles away from Disney Park. I love this place because of the calmness, crystal swimming pool, and lovely environment. Though I visited for business purposes, it is also ideal for families and couples with children. Since it was my first visit, I will definitely return again.

This place is Family & pet friendly. The lady's in the office are very professional & caring. Actually all the staff are great. They are always on site for your needs or questions. There are lots of places within walking distance. If you are coming to the parks this is a place to stay.

We found Serena inn while doing a research for a long stay hotels as we were relocating from NY. We stay there for 4 months and we were just grateful. First you have to have an open mind. This is not a 4 or 5 stars hotel. It does not belong in that league. I will not even call it Hotel but a decent motel. With that in mind, we were just grateful we found a place to stay. I think they are trying their best for we had a couple of minor issues and as soon as we notify the management they came and fixed. You will find people that live there, and were not as fortunate as we were and you can actually see their struggles but home is: what you do out of it, and we called Serena our home while we were there.
