CK in desk was best I have ever experienced and I have been traveling all my life, now age 66. I chose to always eat fabulous roast beef sandwiches from the Deli on basement floor! The hotel is all about service. People were there from all over the world. I have a service dog and they were VERY accommodating, unlike last TRIP Hotel i stay at that illegally charged me $200, so I simply left at 10 p.m. for their telling me this after I moved in. It is illegal to forced payment of a Service Dog. Thank you OMNI for knowing this!

This place was a retreat from life
The entire stay was a wonderful and positive experience from beginning to end. The check in was great, fast and welcoming. The room was clean and had everything we needed. We had a quiet room and the pool bars were amazing. Every drink I ordered was perfectly made. The room service was top notch. Thank you for a wonderful time.

My kids loved the kiddies pool and the lazy river. Also, we loved staying at the Villas, lots of room.
