Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable, friendly and helpful service staff. Hotel was located at very strategic location, near popular attractions and shopping malls. The stay would have been perfect if not for the windowless room. We had booked 2 rooms. One with 2 beds for 3 persons and the other a twin sharing room. But the twin sharing room did not come with window. As a result, the room was very stuffy, especially when the hotel turned on the central heating. We practically had to keep our doors opened to get airflow. Would consider returning stay at the hotel but would avoid the windowless rooms.

An amazing view from the 28th floor of the Holiday Inn express, nice breakfast, check in very easy, comfortable bed and pillows, excellent location - Kuiqi road subway station 100 metres away and right next door to DNA mall (with a very good supermarket and many restaurants), clean and a very quiet room.

The hotel has been open for one year, and its hardware facilities are first-class, but its software (personnel services) are in urgent need of improvement. The rooms are spacious, warmly and generally decorated, and the bedding is comfortable. The three-bedroom apartment has four bathrooms, two rooms have independent cloakrooms, separate dry and wet laundry rooms, and an independent worker's room. The sound insulation of the north-facing room is not good, you will hear the noise from the road, and there will be a harsh whirring sound when the wind is strong, which will affect your sleep at night. The few front desk waiters I met were all newcomers with stiff attitudes and did not know how to deal with guests politely. This was far from the first-class hardware facilities. The Ctrip package booked includes round-trip transfers to the town of Florence. However, the hotel is not familiar with the business. The front desk has to temporarily send the guests there through Didi-hailing, and then asks the guests to book a car back to the hotel themselves. It is too unreliable. During the ride-hailing process, there were also situations where the Didi driver could not find the hotel location, refused to pick us up, had a bad attitude, etc., which scared us away and we did not go. It’s better not to launch such a project!

Highly satisfied with this hotel. It’s one of the best Ascott we stayed in, with high quality amenities and beautiful design. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even provide full Zwilling kitchenwares. The area is an impressive new development area, since it’s new many shops on the malls are still not open. Close to subway station so we could get to places easier. Breakfast has many room for improvement, lacking in choices and repetitive everyday.

The villa has three floors and four rooms, all of which are suites, which is very convenient. There are so many recreational facilities in the hall that children won't want to leave. There are complete kitchen utensils for cooking and barbecue. The butler Xiao Quan provided good service and answered all questions and requests. Very satisfied. The property management of the community is also very friendly, and they will come to visit during the Chinese New Year. There is a large swimming pool in the yard, which cannot be used in winter. I will come back to experience the swimming pool in summer.

The hotel is very private and the service is attentive. Park the car at the entrance of the scenic area, and a staff member will come out to pick it up. There are so many fruit trees, mangoes, longans, and peacocks in the park. The room is really big and the lights are enough, but the door is very difficult to close. It takes a lot of force to close it. The heart is scared. When taking a bath, the water pressure is high and low, and the water temperature is hot and cold. I arrived at the store late on the first night, and the front desk was dark.
