This stay was perfect! The hotel environment is first-class, and the overall cleanliness is impressive. As soon as I entered the door, I felt the sincere and enthusiastic service attitude of the staff, which made me feel warm. The facilities in the room are very considerate, especially the bed is very comfortable, and the sleep quality is very good. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and taking a hot bath is very relaxing, which can give a tired body and mind a good rest. In general, whether it is the environment, hygiene or service, it is perfect. It is a very satisfactory accommodation experience and is worth recommending!

The service of this hotel from check-in to check-out exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a good location and has complete surrounding facilities. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable. What surprised me most was the hotel staff! Miya at the front desk was warm and friendly. The hotel is very close to the concert, a 15-minute walk away. There is free parking, but you need to inform the license plate in advance every time you drive out. The temperature has dropped a bit recently, and the hotel is considering turning on the heating, but the front desk said that many guests reported that it was stuffy. After turning it off, I personally felt cold. It would be better if there was a heater. The overall stay was good, and I will choose to stay next time! On the last day, I ordered a special cocktail in the lounge bar, which was also very good

location is amazing, city center and near alot of malls and they are very ons about sustainability. however, there are a few things we can improve to make the experience better. 1. staff standing at the door was not proactive helping with the luggage despite making eye contact and seeing us carrying many baggages on hand. 2. shower room was almost clear ? i could totally see people showering (very translucent) very inconvenient for non-couples staying together. 3. despite asking for a non-smoking room and level, we could still smell cigarettes in the bathroom. 4. it could be better if they install a small platform in the shower room to put our own facial cleansing foam etc

Recently changed brands name from Marco Polo to Cordis. The change seems to have meant there’s been some focus on improving staff training and they were very professional, attentive and helpful. Well located close to Xintiande and a short walk to local shopping malls and food halls. Rooms are modern and suites spacious- std rooms are a little larger and more modern than the CPlaza down the road and better value for money. Some renovations underway on some floors and throughout the hotel, but didn’t notice them from the room at all during the stay. Really practical desk layout is well suited for business travelers who have to work from the hotel, although wifi was rubbish, almost non-existent. When it did work it was really slow and painful so I couldn’t work from the room which was disappointing.

The hotel is a good location for those business travelers involved in the building/furniture sector. The hotel rooms needs renovating...particularly for technical issues concerning the aircon and the lighting. not all the lights were in working condition and some nights the lights would turn on awakening us from our sleep. The aircon in my friends room would be freezing cold all the time even when it was increased to 32oC or switched off!!!!!! The room was not properly inspected and cleaned when we arrived...a packet of mentos was lying under the desk and empty bottles of whisky were still stashed in the TV cabinet. On a positive note, the towels were replaced everyday with clean ones and the bed was nice (not for those who like soft beds though) and bed linen and pillows were good and were clean. Room is spacious with a nice wide window and very comfortable armchair. staff do their best to help. Breakfast is copious. Pity there are not many options for lunch and dinner, other than one Chinese restaurant there was nothing else available. I understand Fortuna Hotel is currently renovating some floors and that these will be ready as from September (maybe I was told). I hope and wish for Fortuna that this will be the case as they are well situated in the area.

I was very satisfied with the overall experience of staying at Mingdu Hotel during this trip! The facilities are complete! The hotel also has an independent self-service laundry room, which is very convenient on the sixth floor of the main building. The housekeeper Xiao Zhong was very enthusiastic to help us dry the clothes and send them to the room. It is worth recommending.
