Excellent location right next to two big malls. There’s also a coffee street very near by. The fitness suite was very well equipped. My favorite part was breakfast. They had a variety of western and Cantonese options. This is probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had for a long time. I only gave amenities 4 stars because they didn’t have a children’s playground. But overall it’s been a good visit.

The hotel is new and of high quality. Price is very reasonable given the location is a bit distant. Located in newly developed area with no shops and restaurants around. Breakfast is gd. Overall, good experience to stay.

Everything is good however the bathroom's cleaness is not really up to standard. When we mentioned to the reception, they give it a very deep clean. Later we found out it's arranged by Abby the receptionist that we asked a lot of questions about where to eat. We need to special thanks to Abby whom was so attentive to our enquiries & accommodating to our request. She really a pleasure to our stay & a treasure to the hotel. We hope to see her when we come back next time

The decoration of the lobby is also relatively exquisite, and the cultural characteristics of Foshan, the hometown of Kung Fu, can be seen throughout the hotel. The hotel is a subsidiary of Vanke, and behind it is the Vanke Commercial Plaza. It is very convenient to order takeout and buy goods. You don’t need to walk too far. If you buy something, the waiter will arrange a robot to deliver it to you. You don’t need to come down to pick it up in person, which saves time. Very labor-saving! There are two parks next to it, one is Binjiang Park and the other is Wuyakou Park. The scenery is very vast. There is a long runway next to it, which is suitable for walking and running. It is especially suitable for walking dogs. There are many Internet celebrities there. Check in. I’m looking forward to experiencing the hotel’s breakfast tomorrow. Hotel location is good, the air is fresh and quiet. Although the interior decoration is high-end, it is slightly old. The swimming pool, the big pool is not open, the small pool is open, but it is under management, and there are many leaves. The room window has a good view, but there is no balcony.

It is still far away from Xufenggang Subway Station. It took more than ten minutes to take a taxi to the hotel. The hotel is in a villa community and the environment is clean. If you want to eat well, besides the hotel restaurant, you probably have to drive outside.

This weekend, my family came to Foshan to play, because the White Swan brand chose this Caiyi Hotel, and the reason is that they like Guangzhou White Swan very much. The hotel is very new, the decoration style is fresh, and the hardware is quite good. Children like to play in the swimming pool. It is a pity that the hotel service is very general and can be said to be poor. From checkin at the front desk to dining in the restaurant before leaving, there is almost nothing satisfactory. Traveling from Shenzhen to Foshan on weekends was very congested. It took almost four hours to arrive, and my family was already very tired. Check-in was only at about 9 o'clock in the evening. There were at least 5 people at the front desk including the manager. At that time, there were only about 3 families checking in, but the efficiency was very slow ~ it took about 20 minutes. Tell the waiter not to give the room to Wei, because there are two elderly people over 80 years old, Cantonese are very particular, but she actually gave the room to Wei, and said that there are only two rooms, I said that I can upgrade the room, but was rejected, the reason It should be that they find it troublesome to adjust the room, so they can only accept it. When I went to the room, the door card could not open the room. The old man waited at the door for more than 10 minutes, and finally said that the door lock was out of power, and the engineering department was required to repair it. In this case, the hotel’s solution is to let the old man continue to wait. No room change, no upgrade, almost an hour later, the door lock was not repaired before the room was changed. The matter that could have been solved at the beginning, but tossing the elderly for such a long time, this kind of service awareness is really speechless. In fact, many guests checked in after us, indicating that the room was available, but they didn’t give it to us. At that time, there was a manager-level lady at the front desk. Seeing us, she never came forward to help solve the problem, and even avoided walking away. Looking around, you can't expect anything from such a service. The next day I booked a private room on the third floor for lunch. The reservation information was that food and refreshments could be ordered in the room before 14:00. When the family ordered food at 12:30, the waiter said that they could only order food instead of refreshments. When I arrived, I said that you can order refreshments according to the message sent by your manager. In fact, we just want to eat the white swan sachima. The waiter said that we can’t order it. You have to go to the manager yourself to order it. Then he came back after a while Said it was ready. Under all kinds of divine operations, we were all calm and did not lose our temper, but every waiter in the hotel was so aggressive, which is really not flattering. I don’t want to write too much, I’m not a low-level Ctrip, and I have stayed in many top hotels in China. Caiyi is the first one that can ignore the requirements and evaluations of guests. In short, I definitely don’t recommend it. It’s just this time, and I will never stay. It can be said to be the failure of the White Swan brand. I would like to add that the location of this hotel is too far away, there is nothing but the river view.

The hotel has been open for one year, and its hardware facilities are first-class, but its software (personnel services) are in urgent need of improvement. The rooms are spacious, warmly and generally decorated, and the bedding is comfortable. The three-bedroom apartment has four bathrooms, two rooms have independent cloakrooms, separate dry and wet laundry rooms, and an independent worker's room. The sound insulation of the north-facing room is not good, you will hear the noise from the road, and there will be a harsh whirring sound when the wind is strong, which will affect your sleep at night. The few front desk waiters I met were all newcomers with stiff attitudes and did not know how to deal with guests politely. This was far from the first-class hardware facilities. The Ctrip package booked includes round-trip transfers to the town of Florence. However, the hotel is not familiar with the business. The front desk has to temporarily send the guests there through Didi-hailing, and then asks the guests to book a car back to the hotel themselves. It is too unreliable. During the ride-hailing process, there were also situations where the Didi driver could not find the hotel location, refused to pick us up, had a bad attitude, etc., which scared us away and we did not go. It’s better not to launch such a project!
