Hotel is located on the high floors (36 floor and above) of a building but the lobby and restaurants are on the lower floors. Very spacious and clean rooms. Very conveniently located within walking distance of the centre/old part of Foshan (Zumiao/Xintiandi areas). Had one meal at the Chinese restaurant, food was in good portions and delicious. Hotel guests get 15% discount. Lobby staff, managers and even the porter/bell boy were all very helpful. They even help me resolve a dispute with a DiDi (ride hailing) driver over payment.

Came back to extend my stay. They will always ensure my needs are met. The hotel is safe, and I have such a beautiful view every day when I wake up. The best part is I am able to be well rested as the hotel is quiet and has levels of no smoking room that would not affect their guests. The hotel has a lot of activities that you can enjoy. 1. Rooms are new and clean, however there is a strong musky smell especially in bedroom that the hotel needs to get rid off before guests check in. The musky smell lingers. Excellent location right next to two big malls. There’s also a coffee street very near by. The fitness suite was very well equipped. My favorite part was breakfast. They had a variety of western and Cantonese options. This is probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had for a long time. I only gave amenities 4 stars because they didn’t have a children’s playground. But overall it’s been a good visit.

Tina in the lobby, she was very nice and patient with professional manner. Bowie and Justin in the club lounge thinks ahead the guest’s needs and serve in a 5-star hotel service standard. The hotel room is amazing and beautiful and makes you feel like went back to older times France. The gym room was full equipped with superb nice view.

Clean and comfortable room, best 180 degree lake view, very enjoyable to stay, originally, we booked 2 night, because of the lake view and the night light effects around the hotel, we stayed two more night, Johnny, zero from fron desk were good helper, Jane was kind and did a good job. definetely recommend this hotel, it worth on this 5 star hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Nan Hai hotel during our recent family vacation. The hotel was incredibly well-suited for families - the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of space for our family of four. Thank you Alice, the hotel manager, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful transfer and accommodating our needs promptly. The hotel's breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious hot and cold options to fuel us up for our busy days. The kids loved the made-to-order porridge and the selection of fresh pastries. We also enjoyed spending time at the hotel's large, well-maintained kids and standard swimming pool. The kids had a blast splashing around and burning off energy, while we parents were able to relax poolside. The adjoining kids' playroom was an added bonus, providing a fun indoor space for the little ones to play. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent home base for our trip. The combination of comfortable accommodations, attentive service, family-focused amenities like the breakfast and pool, and the kids' playroom made this hotel a perfect choice for our family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for an stress-free, enjoyable vacation experience. It is very nearby Chimelong theme park as well.

It’s conveniently located at the avenue where we can see the hotel building from the highway exit. The hotel is quite new which opened about 3 years, the interior design adopt a lot of white color decoration reflects the modern aesthetics. Room condition is acceptable, some defects and housekeeping cleanliness issues are obvious. Breakfast quality and food selection are okay. During our stay, we have experienced some room condition issues. And I have to compliment a lady, her name is Hedy, who assisted us to address the issue and extend greetings afterwards regarding our stay.

We are overall very happy with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room we stayed in was clean and bright. We were also offered access to the M Club lounge and they had a small scale buffet in the evening, the food was also very good. Would highly recommend this stay and we'd definitely come back to stay when we visit Foshan.
