The two lifts here are almost packed during office hours as the guests had to share the same lifts with other people that are working in offices located at other floors and also, guests for maternity confinement centers. Major security issue as almost anyone can tailgate the guests to the hotel floors.

Most friendly lady at the reception. Very swift and quick check in process. Friendly and helpful staff to fix parking for the car . Very clean big room with great view of pagoda. An interesting museum visit just nearby.The receptionist at the checkout very helpful during the stay . Great breakfast. Numerous cafes, restaurants around the hotel. Big park and Buddha statues just 10 minutes away . All in all a great experience staying at the hotel and having all the venues just within walking distance

Check-in was very convenient, and electronic ID cards were also accepted. Because the room was full, I couldn't upgrade the room, but when I heard that there were two children, I directly applied for breakfast for two children. Thank you very much. The scenery on the 28th floor was also very good. The location was very convenient. I went to the Lotus World nearby. Although it was not the season and I didn't see beautiful lotus flowers, there were activities for children to play, enough for a day of fun

It was very good to stay again. The stay experience was great~ The front desk was warm and polite. If there was not enough water to drink, they gave me a bottle of water directly. A very relaxing resort hotel, with huge and comfortable rooms and high-end decoration! In the forest park, not far from the bustling downtown, takeaways are available, it is really a good place to vacation away from the city! On the day of check-in, I saw a large team-building activity (see the last picture).
