I recently stayed here and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and outstanding facilities. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff named Spring went above and beyond to assist with every request. Highly recommend this gem for both leisure and business travelers—truly a five-star experience!

Saff at lobby, restaurant and lounge are very helpful. Reply ,explanation and introduction are well-trained. Even trainees are quite outstanding. We occassionally encountered a instance while we were having tea in the restaurant. A trainee was trained to place tablewares near us. A trainee seemed placed the tablewares not as per their standard and we heard from the trainer that, ”You can't place like this, remember that we are a 5-start hotel.” We are quite impressed with their attitude. But a bit disappointed by their cocktails. Really need improvement. My wife ordered a Piña colada. I expected it should be white in color, but it came out with some bubble-like stuff floating on top, water-like liquid in the mid-body and thick white-layer at the bottom. No matter how we stired, they didn't mix-up.

This is my 5th time staying here. Location ideal for industrial businesses. 2nd time meet reception Chris , always helpful, very good service.

Great location close to the South Railway station. Beautiful, specious rooms with nice view on the lake. Helpful friendly staff. Super breakfast. Highly recommended.

The Foshan Hilton Hotel, located near the Florentia Village and close to the light rail station, is just a 15-minute drive from the South Station, making it a very convenient location. The hotel maintains good hygiene standards, providing guests with a sense of security. While the front desk service is not particularly outstanding, it is steady and orderly. The breakfast hours are quite flexible, with no rush even for those who arrive later, offering a relaxed experience. The hotel’s decor and layout are thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and elegant living environment for guests.

Everything is wonderful about this hotel! High ceiling rooms, beautiful lobby. Double basins in the bathroom and a bathtub. We got great views even when we were only on the 12th floor. The only downside is that it took 17mins for the robot to bring my delivery order to my room from the front desk

It was a very good place they were excellent a real family business where everyone was there to help and make sure that our stay was comfortable easy and it was such a lovely experience. At the beginning we thought we are in an alleyway and this looks very dodgey but actually they have done the place quite nicely and with their means they have made it a very cozy place to stay Well done and thank you for your support. They even help take me to the station because i had so many bags. They did not need to do that and they did it. It means they honor our stay and they made US feel special

The dining at the y hotel is amazing. The breakfast menu is rich and varied, not only featuring local specialties but also healthy and nutritious options. You can feel the chef’s dedication in every bite. Dinner is served in the hotel restaurant. The ingredients are fresh and the cooking skills are superb. Each dish is colorful, fragrant and delicious, leaving people with an endless aftertaste.
