復活節期間同屋企人去完肇慶，回程經順德再玩一下，想去華僑城歡樂海岸Plus，無意間見到僑城里公寓價錢10分優惠就定下來了，公寓樓下就係歡樂海岸，到處都是餐廳，又有大商場，夜晚燈光10分漂亮，有機會一定再來

房間設施殘舊，天花板燈掉了下來，就一條電線吊掛在床頭，沐浴間的熱水是儲水式熱水爐，第一個人還沒沖完澡就沒熱水了，第二個人等了30分鐘才開始洗澡，結果也是洗到一半就沒熱水了。打電話到客服要求換房，給我的答覆是要換到另一幢公寓，因是一家6人一起出行的，所以當晚也就將就過了一晚。第二天給我換到同一幢的另一個房間，天花板燈也是掉了下來，似乎是有處理（打了個結算的話）哈哈哈😂！沐浴間的玻璃浴門一拉就脫軌，花灑出水慢且忽冷忽熱，熱到燙手那種🙄，勉強沖完澡，一開電吹風，整個框連風筒掉下來，幸好風筒沒摔壞可以吹干頭髮。住2晚2間房的設備是差差差…差到极点。話間酒店沒有任何後勤支援，設施破損都可交付使用，完全是顛覆了我對公㝢酒店的認識！也是我體驗過最差的一間。

作為攜程的鑽石會員。這次出遊10來天以來是我攜程預訂最差的一次酒店，本來預訂的酒店式公寓就是想生活設施便利些，就預訂了這個歡樂海岸僑城裡公寓的摩天輪之眼，景觀側面勉強看到摩天輪，旁邊就是個工地。從電梯走廊開始就異味嚴重，牆壁發黴，到處都是灰，空調上厚厚的灰，就像很就沒人住了。帶孩子出遊開車太累了，我們也不高興換房了，就擦擦算了，然後才發現電視壞的，冰箱壞的都不能用。這個配置連快捷酒店都不如。也不便宜，加上停車每天75，無早餐，要800不到。毫無性價比總之大家不要上當了。給周邊環境便利一顆星算是看得起了。

這個酒店就在景區內，離歡樂海岸特別近！可以晚上去玩。房間非常大，有沙發洗衣機和冰箱，我們住的可以看到外邊高樓，如果你幸運的話住另一側房間可以看到摩天輪。離地鐵站口非常近（商場裡邊就有D口，不按導航走就很快到了）總體價格來説非常合算

單間很大很舒適 ，附近有商場 ，有遊樂場 ，樓下有便利店 及其方便 ，房間能看到摩天輪，夜景優美，附近有地鐵站 交通很不錯 自駕過來也挺方便

前台本身可以的，我問她可以最後check out是幾點，她說12:00你們好評可以13:00，但是我說不用啦，我給錢可以啦 ，好評都錢來的，不是真心的。
我本來都不想評的，因為我在12月24日24年問可否看到摩天輪的，她說我們我房型可能看不到摩天輪的，之後安排可以看到都算數了，因為我本身都不是那麼高要求的人，但最後她就要我用好評換取我check out的時間，我不想。

酒店房內煙味非常浓烈，未有处理好除臭便开放给新主客，最大问题是清洁阿姨觉得无什么问题，未有把清洁工作做完便离开。最后安排了损房，情況较好了些，但煙味依然。
这酒店的卫生情況大不如前，相比年初住的时候差了很多。墙纸变旧及发霉，地坂佈滿煙头烧焦痕跡。花洒水压很低，水流弱。浴室沒有掛衣架及置物架，很不放便。窗的支撐损环了，窗未能打开, 清洁打扫的沒有上报。电水壺烧焦了未有察觉并作出更换。
希望管理方面有所改善，否则下次应该不会再入住了。
