I originally booked another hotel, but changed here temporarily. I have to praise Ctrip’s customer service attitude and problem-solving ability. I am very satisfied! 👍 However, this hotel is not recommended! 😐😐 The room is large, but dim. On a rainy day, all the lights in the room are turned on, but it is still dim. The most dissatisfied thing is the service. Service: Drinking water is given in limited quantities first. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never seen anything like this. The room type I booked costs more than 600 during holidays, and the drinking water limit is... the experience is very poor. Secondly, I have communicated the check-out time in advance, but the next day, the key card still cannot be swiped, and I have to go to the front desk again... If you like bigger rooms, you can choose this hotel. I think there are more choices for others 😂 Because I stayed in 3 hotels during this trip and this one had the worst experience.

The room is neat and tidy, and the staff is welcoming. The location is excellent and convenient for travel. You can check out all kinds of delicious food on foot. Downstairs of the hotel is a restaurant where locals love to drink tea. It is the absolute queue king. You can have morning tea and dinner upstairs near the water terrace. Right next to the hotel is Lee Shau Kee Middle School, which is a large school with dormitories. The hotel's self-service laundry room is very convenient.

The family room is very well designed and the bed is comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights in total. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient for snacks and meals, and the food is delicious. The subway station is very close, making it easy to travel to various attractions.

The room is big and the location is good. I had two meals at Nan Ji downstairs. There was a long queue and many locals were having morning tea. It is also very close to the pedestrian street Huagai Road, and there are many places to eat along the way. There are also many people during the tourist peak season

The hotel is in a good location, right next to the Dongle Road subway station on Line 3. The room is spacious, clean and sanitary. The sofa chair is very comfortable. Although it faces the street, it is not noisy when the windows are closed. The service is very considerate. When you see the sign "Do Not Disturb", they will call to ask if you don't need cleaning. Nanji Restaurant is downstairs. The transportation nearby is also very convenient. I have stayed here many times and the experience is very good

The room is spacious and bright. The lobby is on the 5th floor. I personally think it is more convenient to live on the 5th floor than on the 6th floor. Because I decided to go to Shunfengshan Park at the last minute, I delayed the check-out time. I applied for check-out at 2:30 pm. I was in a hurry. Next time, I will check out first and put the luggage in the car. It is more convenient to walk to Qinghui Garden than to drive. There are many people and cars on the pedestrian street next to it, and it is congested everywhere.
