我必須要給這家公寓一個大大的好評！一走進公寓，就被它時尚現代的裝修風格所吸引。整個空間明亮通透，色彩搭配和諧，營造出了一種温馨又不失格調的氛圍。房間寬敞整潔，傢俱擺放合理且品質優良，讓人感覺格外舒適自在。公寓的配套設施也十分完善，無論是廚房的用具還是衞浴的設備，都展現出了高品質的水準。而且，這裏的安保措施也很到位，讓人住得安心放心。公寓的地理位置也極佳，周邊交通便利，附近還有許多商業設施，滿足了日常生活的各種需求。工作人員也都非常熱情專業，任何問題都能及時有效地解決

很好，房間乾淨，設備設施齊全沒有異味，服務員也很有禮貌，前台熱情，每次都到他家住，最近他們前台搬到一樓電梯口裡麪，更好找了，前台還放投影，沒事下來坐坐也是很贊，跟房間一樣很有都是用心佈置，感覺一點都不陌生，依然服務那麼好，每次出行必來，找不到不給好評的理由

想着不做好評真是冒昧了，給的房間真心很不錯，又不是過來有事，真想再住兩天。乾淨又衞生，客服也很好溝通。這個位置這個品質這個價格，還是很值的。就是停車有停車場，不過物業要收停車費。周邊也沒有免費停車。也不影響，反正房間性價比還是很高的

超讚，房間衞生沒得説,各方面都很乾凈，房間一次性拖鞋，一次性浴巾一次性面巾一次性馬桶套，都很齊全。用得牙刷質量也很好，前台服務員態度也很到位，走的時候還跟前台要了兩把，超好用的。前台介紹了周邊本地菜，還有附近燒烤味道也很正，我覺得很好次，個人口味哈。周邊買東西，吃飯也很方便。超級多的奶茶店，真是愛了愛了，樓下打車也方便。下次有機會還會再來的。希望下次來還有驚喜。

種草了，房間是一次性毛巾浴巾，衞生也是很乾凈，用的牙刷也是質量超讚，沒得挑。前台服務員態度也是超好的，很好溝通，服務員説剛好帶洗衣機的房間，還幫忙升級了帶洗衣機的房間。離南海體育館又近，走路過去慢慢走都能到。樓下好多飯店，前台幫忙推薦幾家，還不錯，真是性價比超高的店。不得不讓我給他們來個5分。下次還來

設施：空調熱水器洗衣機冰箱都有，床頭有點舊了，如圖所示。
衞生：打開門沒有問到異味，床單被罩都乾淨

安利他們家，老闆娘很好溝通，説話也很有意思，樓下吃飯方便，附近還有商超，一堆奶茶店哈哈，房間各方面都很不錯，主打一個乾淨。安排的11樓的房間，樓層不算高。不過採光很好。這兩天天氣冷，安排房間空調也是有帶暖氣的，熱水也很夠用，床也很舒服，可惜第二天退房得早，真想多住一會。後面過來的首選。老闆娘長得很漂亮。

前台在5樓，樓下東北鐵鍋燉跟美宜家，美宜家旁邊電梯上去就是了，有過來還是會訂他們家住，吃飯下樓或是叫外賣都很方便，叫車定位也準，他們家房間價格公道，床也睡得舒服，房間空間大，又通風透氣，熱水給得很足，沒有異味，確實衞生各房間都很乾凈。服務員跟前台態度都很好的，剛好快遞到這邊菜鳥了，前台有空還幫忙拿過來。要知道這邊一座離菜鳥還要走一段路的。真棒棒的，下次還會再來住的。種草他們家。可以沖
