1. Rooms are new and clean, however there is a strong musky smell especially in bedroom that the hotel needs to get rid off before guests check in. The musky smell lingers. Pillows also need to be aired.
2. Good daily service altho it’s a serviced apartment
3. Poor section of coffee and tea in the room
4. Nespresso machine provided, but they only give complimentary two capsules for the entire stay
5. In-room Wifi is choppy

Breakfast could do with a little effort but such an amazing place to stay sauna steam room yoga room etc

Soap and shampoo dispenser ran out, they didn't refill them, but offered tubes of soap n shampoo instead.
Towels were not clean...and had developed rashes after using them
Rooms had plenty of mosquitos...

Nice location, close to Metro. Rooms were vwry spacious. Big pool and nice gym. Staff were really helpful. Hotel massagw was alao very good

Great location! Quiet, clean and a nice breakfast buffet. Hotel spa is open until 2:00 am!

Great for business needed.
Offers breakfast—no other food service is available. So inconvenient when working from the hotel to order room service if you don’t know how to use local food delivery.
Gym is clean.
Pool—hot tub is not heated.

Enjoy everything about the apartment hotel stay.
Convinient, comfortable n help me to bring less clothing's for my trip cos of the washer n dryer.
We got 3 units of 10 adults, sitting together in the spacious living room drinking n chitchating away...🍻🥰

Nice hotel located in the modern new district and very close to the beautiful Citizen Center.
Hotel price is much higher to the same one in Dongguan. Car parking is not convenient.

Excellent clean non-smoking space. Amongst all the hotels I’ve been to within China, the Ascott group’s is still the best. While the hotel has the most hardworking cleaning ladies, it has probably the most unbothered front desk team. They aren’t customer centric and seem to be unwilling to be there. The amenities are awesome all the same as the Ascott’s high standards.

Highly satisfied with this hotel. It’s one of the best Ascott we stayed in, with high quality amenities and beautiful design. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. They even provide full Zwilling kitchenwares. The area is an impressive new development area, since it’s new many shops on the malls are still not open. Close to subway station so we could get to places easier. Breakfast has many room for improvement, lacking in choices and repetitive everyday.
