房間很寬敞，衞生情況良好。前台工作人員服務周到熱情，入住和退房非常高效。不小心忘了物品在酒店，前台樑小姐已快速核實並幫忙處理。非常感謝！

最差的室內環境，特別潮濕，屋裡發黴的味道特濃。屋頂有大片發黴的地方。衞生間排水不暢，淋浴後的水能溢出來。隔音效果極差，半夜兩點鐘別的屋説話都聽的清楚。這家酒店連和火車站附近的旅館都差不多了。亂糟糟。

大堂氣派，房間很大、通風、無異味，洗澡水很大，中央空調入住階段衹能制熱不能切換製冷模式。前台小吳很努力但還是左支右絀難以招架初三以後的如潮客流。
