1，一樓房間非常侷促，二樓的房坐上去就已嘎吱嘎吱響影響晚上睡眠。
2，樓梯下的牆壁大面積爛掉都露出水泥麪，洗手間水龍頭是單冷的所以水很凍，沒有乾濕分離的浴門導致沖涼後全屋都是濕地。
3，停車不免費未告知，收費標準也沒列示，晚上住宿十小時另交費47.5元，加上住宿費是300元/晚左右的雙床，這住宿品質毫無性價比。

雖然店家每天都會諮詢是否安排清掃，但是衞生清理的不是很好，可能是店家新接手的房，地板清掃不乾淨，而且有異味，
房間有微波爐，洗衣機，冰箱，熱水壺電器，短時間住還可以。
洗衣機比較臟，需要自己清洗一下才能使用。
房間裏的消耗品提供不是很足，店家服務態度還不錯，提出後能夠及時補。

裝修非常好，入住很舒適，景觀也非常好，可以帶寵物真是太棒了！去順峯山公園和歡樂海岸很方便，唯一不足小區停車場很貴，如果不停小區去路邊停車30一天。

衞生：極差!!!先説空調吧，目前最主要的東西。三台空調，過濾網全都堵死了，進門後打開空調，發現風小製冷慢，打開一看，過濾網全都堵死了，入住第一件事，竟然是清理空調，真的是噁心壞了。
茶几下面竟然還有空的礦泉水瓶，樓梯上很厚的灰塵，有毛髮，衞生間地面有毛髮團，油煙機電水壺全都是油泥。沙發套估計從來沒洗過吧。這難道是我太較真了？我要求太高了？
設施：衞生間毛巾架壞的，洗浴架壞的，沐浴噴頭架壞的，最可怕的是，門鎖有問題，晚上11點出門買東西，回來後門鎖打不開了，唉，大半夜被鎖在門外的感覺，很酸爽。還好客服處理及時，不然我真的就可以睡樓道了。。。
環境：説真的，環境也很一般，周邊沒有商業，樓下衹有一個麥當勞，東面有一個便利店，僅此而已。尋味順德，結果麥當勞果腹，我也夠可憐的。
酒店資料裏寫明免費停車，到了以後才知道，是我想多了。地下停車場收費5元一小時，60一天。停車場設計非常奇葩，B1沒有A座電梯，A座電梯必須下到B2。停車場像迷宮一樣，環境臟亂差，極度噁心。地面有停車場，路邊有市政停車場，一天30封頂，第二天8點之前最好離開，不然會開始算第二天。搬運行李非常不方便，尤其是雨天。
順德之旅，非常不爽，各種不爽，酒店更是讓我鬱悶到極致。商家總是在説掙錢不容易，但是你讓我花錢最起碼讓我花爽了吧？
