從地鐵北滘公園站走路過來衹需要十分鐘左右，旁邊有幾個大型商場，位置特別好，酒店的衞生質量很不錯，服務人員有禮貌也很熱情，對比周邊來説價格也合理，很不錯的一家酒店。

房間水壓很夠，沖涼房夠大，沖個熱水澡真舒服。地下車庫夠大，停車非常方便。酒店邊上有個購物中心，有時間逛街有個好去處。

馬桶堵塞沒來處理不說，床單又不知咋回事讓人身體發癢，好像少了一條床單似的，空調一打開就算調低至16度，還是熱風吹出來，在裡面睡覺真的熱死，整晚睡不著，又吵樓下一直在唱歌，唉，住過最差的維也納，衛生問題，床單令人發癢！

作為一個常年出差的商旅人士，住過各大城市、各種類型、各種檔次的賓館；從來沒有這麼憤怒過，該酒店規定是最遲中午12點退房，上午11點多吃完早餐回房間拿早就收拾好的行李準備退房；發現房卡居然是失效了，打不開房門；打電話給前台，讓我下去前台重新刷一下房卡，説是什麼跟別的東西放一起消磁了；一聽就是騙人的；哪有自己有問題還這麼折騰客人的，遂拒絕下樓，叫安排服務員來開房門，來了一個服務員拿着房卡也開不了門，又等了好久，來了另一個服務員開門，問她為什麼沒到時間就開不了門，回答説是他們酒店一般早上九、十點就會把房卡消磁，需要客人重新去前台刷卡才行，真是離譜。一來二去耽誤了十幾分鍾；去到前台退房，服務員很不熟悉業務，前面有個客人開發票折騰了好久沒搞好，好不容易收了我的房卡，還沒給我開發票就丟下不理，又去忙別的了；過了幾分鐘才回頭再來幫我開發票，這時候來了一個爛人房客退房，一來就惡聲惡氣的説我插隊，大過年的，差點打起來，好好的心情全沒了，真讓人生氣！真是花錢買罪受！

位置都近悅然商場，酒店內有中餐廳，有按摩院（無光顧，無評論）。但房間真係夠大，干淨的。但酒店已經開設一定年日，房間是有歲月痕跡。
當然，這是價格唔高有其原因。
但找食的話，去行商場，又唔想捱貴酒店，去廣州東或落大良，北滘公園站這位置是合適的。

因來會展中心開會，就選擇了較近的這家維也納總部店，入住很順利~前台超熱情，還送了小果盤，一早就幫忙收着到貨的快遞產品，也幫忙着記錄發貨，感恩啊房間乾淨舒適，布草整潔衞生，打開玻璃門還有個小陽台區域可以晾曬衣物這一點太棒了，這位置陽光也很充沛，整個房間都能量滿滿滴!贊。周邊娛樂餐飲也很方便，旁邊悦然廣場aMpm約個飯飯肉肉 酒酒不要太舒服~

首先是酒店隔音實在太差了，半夜連續被吵醒。我的房間是1118在電梯口旁，陸續總能聽到電梯進出的人説話，早上八點就被吵醒。然後隔壁還有小孩哭聲響半夜。
再説服務，服務員態度不敢恭維，而且我想停車到下午還要求我五星好評，我直接退房走人。評價是顧客的權利謝謝
