了看DNA音樂節訂的賓館離青年公園很近，走路過去就十五分鐘。賓館在一個小區裏，周圍有超市，早餐店，水果店，前台在四樓，房間裏設施為齊全，還有冰箱，洗衣機，晾衣陽台。住宿體驗滿分。好評！

挺好的。入住時隔壁有點嘈。跟客服小姐姐反映了。立馬安排了換房。服務很好。住靠江邊的一側（輪船經過也比較嘈，敏感慎選）。但還好。太累了。一覺天亮。風景不錯。推薦。

一個讓我無語到苦笑的酒店
1、搪塞式服務！
2、房間設施出了事自己不知道原因，需要客人來教他們怎麼解決！
3、有蟑螂！
9月30日大熱天半夜停電！房間全黑了！
前台反饋説是“整棟樓電路問題（具體什麼原因都沒説，記住這個一會要考），預計半小時內恢復，但實際恢復時間不確定”，就這樣讓我在房間裏摸黑悶熱待着，沒有一絲絲慰問和補償方案！是一點都沒有啊！
我受不了了出門看實際情況，發現：**！整棟樓燈火通明，其他房間（包括這個途佳酒店和自住房屋）也都有電，衹有一兩間房沒電！
這和前台搪塞我的理由“整棟樓都有停電”完全相悖！
我下樓找保安（找前台衹會説我們正在解決）問電路情況，通過保安找到了電路維修工，跟着電路維修工到了供電室，你猜怎麼著？
【***是酒店沒繳電費才停電的！電你妹的路線問題啊】
因為自己管理的問題，讓客人來承受摸黑悶熱的感受！
我知道原因後再次電話前台瞭解狀況，您猜怎麼著？前台還在跟我説是電路問題啊！！！ 讓我繼續等待啊！！！
現在回想起來火又大了！
我一個客人告知了前台實際停電原因，並給出瞭解決方案1、要不臨時開個有電的房給我們休息，來電了我們再換回來（這是最基本的應急補償服務）
2、要不現在退房退費，我們趕上這垃圾酒店我們認栽了
然而，酒店説要請示領導，我勒個去，又在拖延搪塞我！
整個過程大概40分鐘左右，酒店讓我們在悶熱、衹能自己打手機閃光燈的環境待了40分鐘啊！我們正在收拾行李準備退房，然後來電了，您猜又怎麼著？
就剛剛那會房間黑了，導致藏在房間的蟑螂全跑出來了！
晚上睡覺**簡直與螂共舞啊！
奇葩的服務、奇葩的環境、奇葩的衞生
我願稱之為佛山最絕酒店！

第一次入住這間住宅公寓，期望不大，但最大的問題係清潔，除咗床單被套感覺乾淨，所有傢俬物品，衣櫃是有塵埃的，洗手間坐廁底有膠紙痴住，地板有污糟垃圾＇我要做一次大清潔才感覺可以住下來。價格便宜不代表衞生可以差，希望公寓要改善注意🙏🙏

這間公寓，如果用價位、四周環境、質素、服務，整體尚可以接受，入住時 先到大堂，保安會協助你上4樓登記取房卡。但房間地下及沖涼渠口位有毛髮⋯差，最大問題就係座廁淤塞（應該不可以把廁紙掉進去）！

房間設施比較新，採光通風非常好，視野也很開闊，登記入住的小姐姐非常親切，給我們同行的小朋友送了一衹小黃鴨鴨，入住體驗滿分！
