周邊很方便，有超市，有餐飲，距離公司很近。

性價比很高。房間衞生也相當不錯。晚上去的挺晚的，老闆也很耐心的和我説位置。臨走的時候提前了一天，協商退一天的房費也是秒退的。

先説體驗吧，體驗極差，不符合該價格。
理由如下：
第一，位段偏僻很難找
第二，空調風力很小，很久才有涼意，不加開風扇一晚上都不涼快
第三，酒店熱水器水是涼的，經詢問才發現是外面熱水器的開關關了，後續有熱水
第四，房間熱水壺都未清理乾淨，還有茶葉幹？離譜。
第五，房間地板不是很乾凈的感覺
第六，晚上外出一趟門都進不去，後面喊人來才發現是門沒電了，電池接觸不良，在外面等弄好二三十分鐘熱死，這是體驗最差的！
也有優點，女老闆服務態度很好，出了問題就解決，房間原定的有冰箱，冰箱未見，表達需求後她專門運了個冰箱過來。需要一次性拖鞋也馬上送來，門壞了也馬上喊人來處理。最後還給延遲了退房時間到兩點，當然一點半的時候阿姨就來催，氣死。

在這家酒店住了好多次了，房間很新，硬件設施齊全，還有個陽台，可以晾曬衣服，陽台上的洗衣機用起來非常方便！周圍非常安靜。周圍吃飯很方便。老闆熱情周到！

房間設施完備，然後衞生也很好，每天中午都會有啊姨打掃，老闆娘人超級温柔，周邊也有一個小型的商圈，一下樓就有飯店啥的，然後環境很安靜
