非常非常吵！樓下就是宵夜大排檔，隔音非常差，毫無隔音可言，凌晨三點半還是大吵大鬧的，啤酒瓶的聲音，人的吶喊聲，拍桌子的聲音，聲聲入耳，要通宵的可以考慮

廁所看起來不乾淨，蹲廁。並且住在四樓一大早就被樓下吵醒，隔音效果很差，一晚都沒睡好
