店家參加了攜程鉑金會員權益房型升級作為引流，但該項服務實際並不存在，前台的經理告知可升級房型已滿，所以不能升級，但攜程上二級房型還在售沒關房，投訴到攜程客服後馬上關了二級房型，説可以升級到另一個房型。真的很不誠信的一家店。

有電梯，酒店環境很好，前台小姐姐還有樓上的阿姨們都很好～走廊好長好長好長～～離創意產業園直線距離非常非常近，不過佛山這邊基本上都是走天橋，出了酒店前後都有一處天橋，走王府井那邊的天橋是最近的。

第一次過來這邊，住了這個酒店，非常不錯，主要是乾淨衞生，設施設備齊全，服務員的態度非常好，前台的小帥哥和小美女，還幫我拿行李到房間，走廊非常有特色，我們一家人拍了照片，非常有感覺，這邊吃的東西很多，玩的也很多，從佛山機場過來的，好像衹開了十多分鐘的車就到，本來打算住一天的，今天是情人節，又續住了一天，房價特別便宜，真心不錯，碰到他們老闆了，還送了我兩瓶飲料給我，抽了一個盲盒，抽到了一瓶香水，非常開心😃

酒店地理位置優越。出門就有公交車站，還有季華園地鐵站也在附近，主要是過來看演唱會的。離世紀蓮體育廣場不遠，很方便。到這裏才發現酒店設施設備非常齊全，乾淨衞生，服務員服務態度特別好。旁邊有一個王府井商業廣場，很大附近都訂不到酒店了，這個真的是太幸運了。吃的玩的都很多，對面還是一個夜市叫創意產業園。看完演唱會回來就去吃夜宵了，太爽了。下次還來這裏！
