The hotel location is good,the room is clean and comfortable,and has free taxi service to Guangzhou south.

I had an excellent experience with the waiter, Popcorn, during my stay at the hotel. When I requested some watermelon, she went out of her way to check in the kitchen and promptly brought it to me. As I only wanted to eat some noodles and watermelon for breakfast, her quick response was greatly appreciated. There was only a small amount of watermelon on the tray, so her effort to bring me some was even more commendable. Popcorn was very helpful and nice, making my dining experience delightful. Truly commendable service! Additionally, the hotel is beautifully adorned with decorations for ***** New Year, which adds to the festive atmosphere.

The location is good, and the rooms is clean, especially the Simon is hearts for our to call the taxi, is so well. We will come back next time.

Stay 2 night & the room is clean & cozy. Accessible to nearest Metro rail by 10 mins walk. Take 70 mins from hotel to shopping centre . Enjoyed the self -help laundry service very much that was an important Pont I come again in future. Staff were very professional, particularly Mr Simon who kindly help us reserve the fre-of-chargec shuttle from hotel to Railway upon.our departure. This hotel was an excellent place worthy your stay.

We stayed here when attending the Canton Fair, they provided a free shuttle to the event each day and it is walking distance from the metro so over all an excellent experience.

The location is great and close to the metro station, just a short taxi ride to go Guangzhou South station (15 min) and also about 25 min to the city centre. The rooms are of a good size and very clean. Breakfast also good. I can recommend this hotel.

I like the room, clean and with soft bed, near outlet, good for shopping.

THE location is good, Simon services is well .

1. Cleaniness is superb, but room service changes our towels everyday though our intention is not to change and already followed instruction did not put towels into basket. 2. Bed, pillows and blanket all in top notch quality. 3. Breakfast varieties are good. 4. Using robot for item delivery service to room is convenient and fast. 5. Staff are patient, polite and helpful. Reception staff Rosy who helped to order food delivery is so kind and considerate. 6. One thing I don’t understand is, the “fridge” in room is not for cooling purpose. Checked with hotel staff and told me it is to keep item in “constant temperature”… hmm is there a need to have a “fridge” like this? Anyway hotel provided me with ice cubes hence still resolve my problem. 7. Location wise, though is not as happening as other hotels located at city centre but still managed to find a small convenience store and some eateries nearby.

Pity that we could only stay one night. Hotel is clean but a bit small. Convenient location. Happy they provide service to fetch us from train station.
