一進門就見到類似小強的東西在地上爬；其中一張床的被子看著不太乾淨，櫃裡的後備被子更是有鞋印。房間近廁所的地方有股異味，廁板鬆脫而且有黃色污跡；洗手盤下面有條水管估計是漏水了，處理方法居然是用布長期包著，都包得整塊布發黃濕透滲水了，自欺欺人而且極不衛生。
雖然這種價格的公寓也不能期待些甚麼，但這次的體驗實在是太差了，連最基本的衛生水平都保持不了。

設施：比較陳舊 有些地方臟兮兮的 早上被空調的水滴在晾衣桿的聲音滴醒了 排水系統可能有問題
衞生：有點臟 具體可以看圖片 地面牆面都有很多污漬 被子上也有沒有清洗乾淨的東西
環境：周邊環境還行 有超市。上樓要刷門禁卡比較有保障 不過房間隔音不好 半夜有人上下樓聲音特別大
服務：還行 收了一百定金退的挺快的

在佛山這個價位是超值了，出入方便，附近吃飯的地方也多，衞生乾淨，床睡得也舒服，老闆很好説話，下次還來。

定的是低價房，前台小姐姐還幫忙升級了一下房型，服務態度沒得説了，房間很乾凈很寬敞，樓下走幾百米就是地鐵口還有一堆共享單車，打滴滴也很方便。晚上也靜悄悄的沒什麼車流聲。
