First of all, the location of Fangui is very good, with convenient transportation. It is not far from Qinghui Garden, just over 10 minutes' walk away. Eating around is also very convenient. Another very important point is sanitary conditions. This is the most worrying issue when choosing a B&B, and Fangui has done a pretty good job. Fangui has a total of 3 floors, 5 bedrooms with separate bathrooms, and a platform on the top floor, which is very suitable for a large family or a group of friends to share. There is an open kitchen on the first floor, complete with refrigerator and kitchenware, a large dining table for 10 people, and a mahjong machine. The design of Fangui and the objects and decorations in the room highlight the owner's taste and care. The host, Ajie, is a handsome guy who is attentive and very good at communicating. Before we checked in, he introduced us to the check-in guide and Shunde's delicacies one by one. When we stayed in Fangui, we really felt like home. This is the best place we have ever stayed. It was the first time for so many B&Bs to have this feeling, so I was really sad to leave. Next time I go to Shunde, I want to go to Fangui.｡◕‿◕｡

Location: The B&B is located in the old town of Daliang, a 15-minute walk from Qinghui Garden. There are a lot of delicious food and drinks nearby, which is very convenient. Although the B&B is located among some old houses, it has been newly renovated and made more modern and fashionable. I like the big table in the living room the most. It’s perfect for 10 people to drink tea together. The projection screen was put down and a few people watched the show together at night, which was very cool. My biggest feeling about B&Bs is that they are clean. We mainly look at the bathroom to see if it is clean. I found that the paper basket next to the toilet was spotless, and there were no mold spots in the corners of the bathroom. They were all clean, which made us feel at ease when we checked in. The host's service is considerate: before we started our trip to Shunde, the host contacted us in advance and informed us of the weather in the past few days, so that we could prepare the corresponding clothes in advance. The B&B also has a washing machine with a dryer, so we can deal with it without any worries. The rainy season brings a little surprise when your clothes get wet. They also helped us formulate detailed alternative plans for eating, drinking and playing, and also warmly provided: weight scales and digestion tablets, which were a reassurance for us ladies who love to eat but are afraid of getting fat; when the weather changes suddenly, We will also be reminded in time to pay attention to safety outside; especially on the day of return, due to thunderstorms, the flight was delayed, and free late check-out was provided, allowing us to wait for news about the flight in the comfortable living room. I am very satisfied with my stay this time. I will choose to stay here again next time. I also recommend it to tourists visiting Shunde.

本次春節出行最滿意的住宿沒有之一，非常適合一大幫朋友的出行和旅途聚會！房間各種設計兼顧美觀和人性化，床品後洗漱用品都能看出老闆的精挑細選。大客廳，屋頂花園，遊戲機，K歌，讓我們在外遊玩回來後，都能夠找到各自喜歡的方式休息和娛樂！酒店步行10分鐘就到清暉園，老闆還推薦了周邊的各種老牌小吃店！光顧着玩，沒怎麼拍照，不過實際和評論區照片完全一直！

大年初一和初二入住了民宿，到了就很驚喜，民宿很乾凈，裝修很温馨，一樓是一個大大的廳，適合大家喝茶聊天。民宿還和順德圖書館是合作的，裏面有好多圖書，家裡的長者很喜歡，下午在院子裏曬太陽看書。民宿老闆是個熱情的帥哥，出行前發了順德的旅行和美食攻略，考慮到我們過年入住，附近的早餐店都沒有開門，老闆還在冰箱裏幫我們準備了湯圓和餃子。退房是遇到老闆來打掃聊的很開心，老闆還幫我們拿了行李。入住唯一有點不足的就是房間用熱水的時候會有應該是熱水器的啟動的聲音，有點比較響，希望可以改進一下。總體值得推薦入住。

房東阿傑很細心，從入住前一直跟進到我們離開，都透着暖心。民宿出門很方便，附近還有葯店，小孩子生病期間，阿傑提供了諸多幫助，十分感激。
