The hotel is in a very good location, rooms are bit old but its manageable. Hotel staffs are help full. Overall its a nice hotel. There are alot of nice restaurants near by the hotel.

Excellent service. Clean and spacious room. Well stock with amenities and even a fruit basket. Service also help to extend checkout timingvto 3pm.

We booked non-smoking room but when we checked in at midnight, the room is full of smoking smell. As we were too tired, we only made the complaint the next day morning. The receptionist said that there is no non-smoking level /zone which gave me a shock. Luckily we were changed to a better room without smoking smell the next day.
Nonetheless, I think the service can be improved and made sure we get what we want upon check in to make our travel experience more comfortable. Thanks.

The breakfast is rich and the room is clean. One bad thing is that the parking lot at the door is probably shared with other businesses. The parking lot often shows "Parking space is full, no entry", which is not good.
