管家服務貼心周到，從入住到離店全程無憂，連周邊景點路線都幫忙規劃好了，下次還會光顧！民宿位置很不錯，出門就是漁人碼頭，真是太方便了。

地點直接就在漁人碼頭對方，整體環境是蠻有特色，而且價格便宜，性格別非常高，只是我入住時下大雨，才顯得比較不方便，但這個沒有辦法，不是店家能控制的，所以整體感覺算不錯，因為進店門之後就是各個房間，有個大膽想法，如果團建十來人，把店包起來，也是一個好的想法。

進門小花園非常有意境，進酒店後所見所感很雷人。酒店僅僅外觀好看，內裏實在一塌糊塗。
總的來説有優點：位置近，酒店出門就是小吃街。
缺點：1、小吃街就在酒店後，非常吵油煙會飄進來。2、床頭很厚的灰。3、洗澡水一下熱得燙手，一下冷，水很小。4、拖鞋根本不敢穿，看圖，很臟！5、床上有螞蟻，晚上睡覺都在擔心有蟲爬到床上。

地點很好、出去就是漁人碼頭、晚上附近很熱鬧、很多好吃的小吃、有人表演唱歌、很適合找個地方坐下聊天喝酒吃東西、主人很親切、房間面對院子、水池造景很美、頗有古色古香的味道～

如實描述，1.一次性牙刷封口爛了，前台説老鼠咬爛了，換了一個，有沒有老鼠不知道。2.頁面圖片個實物圖片差天遠，房間太小，就一個小的可憐的院子能看一些。3.挨着漁人碼頭夜市，半夜兩三點，還有鬼火少年機車聲音，還有小吃攤的喇叭聲，早上六七點馬路清潔阿姨掃馬路的聲音都聽得到，掃了一個石子撞到窗户哐哐響，安靜度非常差，優點就是離漁人碼頭近。4.衞生狀況就自己看圖吧，床頭都是灰塵，吹風機全是灰塵，角落垃圾，可能一個月都不打掃一次，衞生度是住過最差的，沒有之一。最後，無利益相關，如實描述
