Came to visit my friend and choose this hotel again. Very convenient with kids too. I stayed in the hotel for about 5 days! The metro just 5 mins walking, nearby have few shops and restaurants, as well as drugstore. In the hotel all the facilities are clean and neat. Breakfast also offers different options but it's same everyday, so if you expect something different everyday, you may feel a bit bored of it. Overall the experience is very positive, so definitely recommending.

Location is very good, DD is very cheap and reliable, near the train station , walking distance to the shopping centre , convenience store is downstairs.
Very clean hotel, staff very friendly and polite. Room service every day including room cleaning, “changing towels etc”. The rooms are bit small, we didn’t care much because we spent most of the time out exploring. In the day we did shopping and at evening we enjoyed the beautiful view of the city lights. The city is to beautiful at night.
The only bad experience I had with the cleaner, she entered the room while I was showering, she could hear the water was running and she walked right into the bathroom, a bit embarrassing but was my fault for not putting on the door handle “don’t disturb “ other than that we enjoyed every day that we spent at the hotel “we started 6 nights. I will definitely consider to book again in the future .
My advice is;if you stay out late and like to sleep in like we did, tell the receptionist you like to have cleaning done in the afternoon

Very warm service from the staff! Everything was fuss free. Room was clean and service was prompt always. The staff were also really helpful towards my mum who tried solo travelling for the first time. I’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time I’m back!

Area has no malls and not many restaurants. Daughter was held at checked in counter more than 20 minutes due to their system problems. The hotel provided small gifts for this issue.

The hotel is good in general.The staff are great and kind. The room was spacious and clean. However, the location is far away from city centre and attractions. I recommend it if you do not plan on visiting the city and are here for business only and not pleasure.
