When the mobile app notified us that the reservation was unsuccessful, we cancelled the order ourselves. What we never expected was that Ctrip customer service took the initiative to call us, and after understanding our needs, they ordered a higher-end and more expensive villa for us in the same area, and Ctrip made up the price difference. The villa has complete facilities, including a swimming pool, barbecue, KTV, game consoles, kitchen, ping-pong table, and rooms of different styles with bathrooms. A small villa for children, with a swimming pool, arcade, slide, swing, mahjong machine, electric oven, basically everything that children like, and enough rooms, two families can stay, the main point is cost-effective, adults drink tea and chat, children play around by themselves, it is quite relaxing, everyone gets what they want, especially on rainy days when you can't go anywhere, it is a good choice, you don't have to go too far to get stuck in traffic and all kinds of frustration.
