住了4天，不找前台不整理打掃房間，打掃房間不更換-床單，不整理被褥，枕頭套一直不換，導致頭皮天天發癢，要求更換 保潔人員不予更換，標間2個人住永遠都是放一個浴巾+一個毛巾，2個人不應該是2套嗎，衞生間從來不檢查還有沒有手紙，很尷尬，第一次住這麼查的酒店。

住宿環境非常差！服務態度極其惡劣！有人乘我們出去私自闖入房間！首先説一下我的入住經歷，本人因項目施工圖方便和工友自從2024年5月12日起入住該酒店，5月18日撤離該垃圾堆！12號到15號打了幾天蚊子，因為實在受不了換了另一間房住到5月18日（有發票為證）。
5月18日早晨9點左右，因施工要求我工友先於我去施工現場，我於9.20離開房間，離開房間後我明確告知前台我們要續住並付了房費，傍晚6.20左右回到該住處，剛進房間就聞到一股濃烈的屎味，令我更加詫異的是東西都被動過，酒店似乎在未告知我之前私自派人進入打掃，還將我放在洗臉盤的日用品一掃而空！剛剛進去廁所想要解決一下小便，掀開馬桶蓋子的瞬間我吐了！有一泡大瀰漫強烈臭味的屎（附打碼圖）！
與前台反映後要求查閲相關錄像，明確看見保潔在我前腳出去，後腳就刷卡進入了我們的房間！老闆到達後我提出兩個協商方案：退還今天房費我退住；免除今天房費換房繼續入住。均不採納！與我扯皮理虧後匆匆離場！喚來保潔人員，保潔人員矢口否認其行徑！兩人把****演繹得淋漓盡致！
幸好帶齊了設備出去，衹是丟了些許日用品，如果丟失了數據其後果無可估量！奉勸有意入住的客人三思而後行！

蚊子多的讓人難以想象，第一天入住發現有蚊子後上前台要的除蚊子的，他給的蚊香液，一點也不好用，一晚上咬了二十幾個包，第二天要的蚊香，能強一點，可心裏害怕，做夢都被蚊子咬！一晚上都蓋上厚被，雖然空調調的很低，可還是弄的全身是汗。
