Very happy with the service and again the front desk person (supervisor probably) was very kind in telling us how to navigate furniture shopping around the area in detail. All other service staff we met were very warm as well.

The room is spacious, bright and relatively clean!
The smart guest control is also very considerate and practical. After selecting the power off button, the room is completely dark even during the day. The sleeping environment is very good, and the mattress of Xilinmen is really good for sleeping!
It is not interesting to look at the neighborhood next door from the window, but if you look further, you can still see the night view of the city lights!
The service attitude of all hotel staff is good, gentle and polite. Feedback problems or any needs will be responded and handled quickly.

We stayed for three nights. The front desk upgraded us to a deluxe suite for free. The suite is an open-plan room with a large space. There is a sofa, a coffee table, and a full-length mirror at the entrance. The TV in the room can be turned around. The bathroom is automatic and has a dry and wet separation.
