Good welcome and service on arrival. But very poor service first due to the lack of managing some guests who were drunk so they made so much noise and disturbed everything. I waited for the desk officer to call but apparently they could not control that. About the morning breakfast, I observe repetition on their menu. Took 4 breakfast and it’s all the same menu. Inside the room it’s average but it’s really big.

Beautiful hotel. There's not much to do in the area, but this hotel is cozy to spend the day. The bed is very comfortable for sleep. The breakfast is a bit expensive and the food options do not justify the price, however the dinner buffet is more worth it. Price per night is good considering the amenities.

Service: Very satisfied with the service. The first person to receive us was Mr. Hou, the receptionist. He patiently helped me arrange the room. He was not perfunctory at all and introduced the room situation very seriously. The check-in experience was very good 👍 The receptionist was Ms. Liang Shuangyu. She was serious and enthusiastic. The location of the hotel is very good. There is a shopping mall next to it. It is definitely no problem to find food. The shopping mall is located at the subway exit and is very convenient. Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit old and has not been renovated. The carpet feels stained, so I am not sure whether it is clean. I just entered. There was a slight smell in the room at times, but after I moved in, I turned on the exhaust fan and the smell dissipated. Overall, it was okay and my stay was quite comfortable. Breakfast was average, it's a good deal if you book it together when booking the hotel.

Our requirements can be met in a timely manner. It can be called a silky service, which left us a very good impression. The hotel rooms and gyms pay great attention to protecting the privacy of guests. It is very comfortable and safe to stay. It is worth recommending. By the way, I have to specially mention Miss Guo Pengmei, the room supervisor, who left me a good impression and made me feel very warm. The check-in experience is extremely poor. The front desk gives guests false good reviews. 1. Sometimes there is a security guard at the door and sometimes there is not. They will not help you with your luggage. It was raining that day. One of us took the luggage and pushed the stroller, and the other held the baby and held an umbrella. The person at the door walked away and ignored us. I could only put down the luggage and help close the umbrella. 2. The front desk service is very poor. They have been hesitating about which room to give us. One person muttered several room numbers to the other person, and finally said that this room would be fine. I don’t know what they are doing. We just waited with the baby. A guest who spoke Cantonese came next door. The front desk didn’t understand Cantonese and immediately said to upgrade the room for the other party in exchange and asked the other party to write a good review (this may be how the good reviews come from!). In addition, we booked on the platform and were given free coffee, dry and wet steam, SPA coupons, etc. The front desk didn’t mention it at all. Until the next day, I suddenly found that I took the initiative to ask, and the front desk also looked perfunctory. And the coffee is just a cup of coffee made by the front desk next to you. 3. You can see from the pictures that the corners are very dirty and there are holes in the wall. The most unbearable thing is that there are bugs or mosquitoes in the room, which bit adults and children several times. If it weren't for the baby sleeping at night and not wanting to disturb him, I would have called in the middle of the night to complain. I also found blood stains on the sheets near the pillow on the day of check-out. I called to complain about these two things in the morning, and the other party only said that they would come up to check when I check out. Is this the service? ? ? Then when I checked out, the front desk said that they couldn't hear the phone clearly in the morning? 4. The room air conditioner temperature adjustment is useless. I went to the front desk the next day to ask, and the front desk said to ask someone to come up to see if it can be lowered. After waiting for an hour or two, someone came up to check and said that the air conditioner was normal and then left. No room change, no solution to the problem. 5. The paper products used in the hotel, such as toothpaste, are very poor, and they are all unheard of. The paper towels are called Shanghai Sais The only good thing is that the cleaning lady has a good attitude. She asked her to help get the baby bed twice, and we said that we were short of paper towels and water, and she brought them to us quickly.

Convenient transportation, considerate service, and a happy Children's Day, which is also the guarantee of a big brand hotel; the equipment is a bit old, and the arranged room is a bit remote, and I hope it can be further improved.

The robot will deliver them to the door of your room. The only in-room facilities I have to mention are that the window lock is broken and has not been repaired. The phone is old and yellowed. It feels like the hotel is very old. Finally, there is the problem of the electric plug. I came from Hong Kong. Yes, there are no USB plugs and charging cables in the room, only domestic three-pin plugs. If you don't bring a plug, there will be no way to charge your mobile phone. I hope the hotel can improve it in the future. But overall it's good.
