The facilities are very complete, the hygiene is very clean and beautiful, the environment is beautiful, comfortable and pleasant, the service is thoughtful and fast, the service attitude is enthusiastic, and the snacks and fruit plate gift boxes are very good and delicious.

It was my first time staying at this hotel. It can be considered a high-end hotel, a five-star hotel in Sanshui. It has convenient transportation, complete facilities, elegant environment, quiet, clean and sanitary. They also gave me some snacks, which was really thoughtful. I stayed there for one night on August 10th and arrived at around 2 pm that day. I didn't expect to be so lucky to meet the Hong Kong football star team staying at the hotel. I was also lucky to take photos with my favorite artists, singers, actors and stars. I was so happy 😁

Advantages: Large room, convenient transportation Disadvantages: 1. Poor hygiene, you can smell a strong sewer smell as soon as you enter the door. No one cleaned the room the next day, and no towels were replaced. 2. Poor service. When asked why the room was not cleaned, the aunt who cleaned the room didn't know. She said that she would find out when she went to work the next day. When I asked the room to send towels, they only sent a face towel, not a bath towel. 2. Poor facilities. The hot water was not hot on the first night. The smart toilet will automatically close after a while if you don't sit on it. There was a tour group during the Chinese New Year, and there were only 3 elevators. It took 20 minutes to wait for the elevator to go down in the morning. It was like this for two consecutive days.
