The area around the hotel is fantastic, with lots of trees and walking area. The food quality of the Chinese dim sum restaurant is also very good.

We had a great stay. The service was 5 stars and most of the staff spoke English. We asked to change the room to a higher floor and a better view and the manager promptly responded.
It’s a special hotel.

最接受不了的是，房間一股臭味，像是好多年的地毯沒洗的；
裝飾十分的老，都沒有現代酒店刮鬍子鏡、衣物收集籃等，電吹風放到了衣櫥；
早餐真的很垃圾，普通幾樣東西，完全對不起這個價格。

體驗感極差！服務差，房間就兩支小瓶水，打電話要多送一支過來還要加錢。其次，房間隔音效果真的差，樓上，隔壁關個門什麼的都能分分鐘把你吵醒。隔音效果為0！最離譜的是陽台的推拉玻璃門居然沒法上鎖，半夜隔壁都可以直接從陽台進到你房間，恐不恐怖^_^！還有洗手間的門也沒法上鎖，估計壞了就沒換過。枕頭賊高，根本無法入睡。洗手間洗碗的地方還要站在浴缸裏洗都沒有獨立的淋浴間，直接拿塊布遮着的，淋浴的噴頭掛的地方都沒有衹能洗澡時全程手拿着。衞生條件也是不敢恭維，床跟牆的縫隙賊大。這酒店是沒人管理的嗎

房間廁所很臟。中餐廳收10%的服務費，結果出菜要一小時，問他原因，説送錯台了。天啊，10%的服務費，還是這種錯，也好意思收。後來送了一個小果盆，裏面兩三片西瓜跟一個橙子。一個小時不上菜，追幾次，才説送錯，這樣的服務，對不起10%的服務費。我基本上是全好評的，但這間實在忍不住了。

真的很大很大，有個大大的湖還有園林，不愧是老牌五星。春節帶娃出遊，打卡南海影視城，就在附近，定了帶影視城門票是套餐含早餐。每個房間都有陽台，親子游還送了小童拖鞋、牙刷牙膏、洗浴用品。早餐環境挺好的，晚餐也在宴會廳解決了，味道不錯份量也足，這個價格確實是性價比很高。
