Domain Hotel (Country Garden Headquarters, Shunde, Foshan)

3 1/7 night stay, 1/8 at five in the morning found no running water, asked the hotel why, the hotel said to eight to check, I asked is the whole building without? Or don’t I have a room? The hotel said the property did not pay the water bill, only this floor did not, asked me to change rooms, I said I wanted water to wash my mouth and face, but asked my family of three to change rooms at six or seven in the morning, ****? Because I booked the room on two separate days, because I was afraid of running out of water so I canceled my reservation for 1/8 night! So around 7am, complained on the platform that the hotel didn’t even see it, no service at all, and told the hotel on WeChat that I had complained! Then comes the drama: At 7:40 am, the hotel WeChat informed that someone sent me a few bottles of water to wash! (praise) At 7:48 in the morning, the hotel WeChat notification, is the whole building no water, I wonder why I do not know through the whole building no water, in fact, not sure do not tell the truth, can say pending investigation, fortunately I did not change rooms! (dissatisfied) At 8:39 am, the hotel WeChat notification, the hotel said you can check out as late as 1600! (It doesn't make much sense) At 8:46 am, the hotel WeChat notification, the hotel said you can stay for free next time! (Dissatisfaction Reduced) Around 11:00 in the morning, my family went out to dine and said they would renew their stay tonight and accept the free stay provided by the hotel, but the hotel said they had to apply three to seven days in advance to get it, which is not available now! (feeling played by the hotel) At 11:31 am, the hotel WeChat informed that you must apply three to seven days in advance to get a free stay! (WeChat didn't say before, I asked to say to apply in advance, unhappy) Around one o'clock at noon, because my wife said she didn't want to collect her luggage and move to another hotel for fear of trouble, so she asked me to spend more money on the platform to book this hotel for another night. (Mind has forgotten the previous complaint, do not want to affect the mood) At 14:57 pm, the hotel WeChat informed that it had fought for my free stay until tonight and reminded me to cancel the platform reservation before 6 pm! (I thought, I've been here for two or three years, this hotel service is okay) At 16:12 pm, the hotel WeChat informed that he found out that I had not canceled the platform for tonight’s reservation, so reminded me again! (Think the hotel is really responsible) Around 5pm, I canceled my reservation for the night on the platform (it was warm at heart). At 21:15 pm, the hotel WeChat notification, because of my previous platform's bad review, the manager said the problem that explained and solved, asked me to delete the bad review, and said to have no bad review to have a free room to stay! (Feels completely played) Around 10 pm, my family returned to the hotel, in fact, nothing to say, this time even check out to find other hotels, I still have to pay the whole day room, and the front desk is also a worker, useless on him too much fire, so I screenshot the WeChat content and rebook the same room with the hotel that night! (I knew it was going to take a while to write about this experience and put it on the platform for others to know the story!)

The room was generally clean and spacious, with a nice view of the Xiaomanyao and Panyu districts. Unfortunately, the linens were a bit dated, and the lighting could be improved. The shower had good water pressure, but—perhaps due to its earlier design—the toiletries had to be placed next to the exhaust window, which was a bit awkward. The staff were friendly and proactive in answering questions, which was a thumbs-up! The nearby shopping malls and dining options are also quite convenient!

The room service is poor. I called the front desk, and the front desk hung up as soon as I answered. I called four times in a row. This is the worst service I have ever encountered in the country. With such a waiter, I can only wish the boss's business will get better and better.
