入住的是3人間親子家庭房，酒店地理位置很好，離西樵山很近，餐廳外面的露台可以看見西樵山的大佛。早餐還可以，能吃飽。因為是家庭房，3個人入住，但是牙刷，拖鞋，礦泉水都是2份，有待改進。但是整體來説性價比還可以。

酒店比較老舊，房間……太臟了！地板沒拖乾淨，走起路來，粘鞋底，真的是……無語！想找阿姨來打擾一下，前台説已經下班了😓最終衹能換房，換了好一些，也不是很乾凈

再次入住維也納酒店,前台人員非常親切免費幫我們升級房間,酒店附設免費自助早餐可以接受,附近大型商場食肆林立,酒店性價比高.

停車方便，房間乾淨，早餐豐富，前台弟弟很熱情，房間升了級，佛山限行，打車去的西樵山，觀音那裡上不去，衹能在下面瞧瞧了，現在還在免門票。2025年12月28日入住。

房間裏面的吹風機很大風很不錯！衞生也還可以，沒有什麼異味，兩張床兩個房間，對得住這個價格，家庭房是靠馬路有點吵！早餐比較多選擇！對得住這個價格！

去廣東千古情選擇這家酒店，距離近，性價比高，乾淨衞生，服務熱情。家人都很滿意，周邊吃東西也方便，晚上睡眠也安靜。

這是住維也納酒店體驗感最差的一次。因為下大雨不便出行，找了酒店休息。沒想到受到各種噪音的幹擾。一會兒是周圍紡織廠的機器聲（服務員説這個一直存在），一會兒是洗衣房時不時的轟隆聲，一會兒是裝修的電鋸聲，晚上還有樓下KTV的五音不全聲，受不了吵鬧的，慎選。房間設施也不如其它連鎖的維也納酒店。
