The sanitary environment is average. There is still garbage hidden in the cabinet under the sink that has not been disposed of. The water heater needs to be left for a while before it can produce water. The lady at the front desk is very nice. The location is pretty good. It's very close to the subway station. 設備老舊不説可惜這個地理位置這麼高大上的樓啦！那個所謂的牀頭櫃讓人不敢直視！房間的邊邊角角太臟了！第二天發現床下一層的土！要不是太晚了真的就跑掉了！哪哪都是臟臟的！拖鞋還臭臭噠！

體驗感差，同等價位住過的酒店最次的一次。
1.牆面破損，補牆痕跡明顯；
2.天花板吊頂和空調出風口積滿灰塵，不知多久沒清理過；
3.紙巾盒破皮或者是發黴分不清；
4.浴室無防滑墊；
5.標配無紙拖鞋，要打電話索要才送到；
總之整個房間透着年代久遠的感覺。
ps：公寓處於一棟公寓大樓，裏面分很多個不同酒店公寓，上去得先上5樓，再走到對應棟後再乘另外電梯上樓；還有，登記得到14樓，然後再下到10樓入住，挺麻煩的。
