靠近地鐵站出口。具體位置不好找，到導航位置問的保安阿姨。衹看房子。性價比很高，房間很大，有陽台，方便晾衣服。窗外景色也不錯。衣櫃裏可能不太乾淨。按金100，加微信，退房微信説一聲就退按金。整體挺滿意的。我不開車。聽説停車的話可能有相關費用

去附近考試的，住到這個公寓真是倒大黴，一進門一股奇怪的臭味，洗手枱、廁所到處都是沒乾的水，所有傢俱和沙發都是不知道從哪裡撿來的，牆壁和傢俱到處是黑色的污漬，沙發上更是有一灘一灘的水漬，整個房間除了床，到處都是黏糊糊的。更噁心的是到處都有掉髮，甚至馬桶上都有，我猜這是x毛，我發現這些問題後立刻找前台換房，換完之後的房子也是這樣，反正我不敢用這個馬桶上大號，馬桶坐的圈圈也是壞的 能轉個180度，房間的毛巾也不是一次性的，都洗得變形了，反正我是不敢用。我想着就這樣吧，無所謂了，反正也是在這裏複習，公寓房間確實比較大，也比較便宜，但真的沒必要為了省幾十塊錢去住這種破公寓，免得染上傳染病，悔恨終生

我們訂的是簡約經濟房 但是 感覺真的很好 有空調 居然還有一個小冰箱和油煙機 給了我們家的感覺 熱水也不錯 主要是呀 我們訂的樓層高 晚上還可以看看風景

前台服務特別好，房間也很大，房間也乾淨，該有的都有，而且這個位置樓下出來就有地鐵也有宵夜樓下就有美宜佳那些，對面還有廣場，特別方便的一個位置
