原本比較晚去到酒店，打算將就住一晚，結果發現，洗澡地方有一些食物殘渣湧上來，廁所有水滲出，廁所的門是壞的。聯繫客服想換房，打了十多通電話不接，聯繫同程客服又不理，衹能走退款流程，結果聯繫了一天也處理不了，最後實在不行，投訴了兩次，同程客服才處理，而酒店客服也直接拒聽電話，不作為不配合。這酒店我是不會再有第二次，也是我見過最差的公寓酒店，沒有之一。甚至這次同程客服的處理流程態度，也讓我對這個平台很失望

不推薦入住原因不是因為不乾淨，或者房間問題
而是人生安全問題，第一天入住第一間房異味，要求換房也立馬換了，然後第二天續租，半夜兩點多兩個喝酒的男人開門進來，因為當時正好沒睡覺但是洗涑完畢衣衫也不正，如果不是正好在門旁邊攔着擋着了，後面……我是女士，我不知道換誰能接受？
老闆還否認沒有這回事，發生了之後電話訊息都沒回復，如有否認可以查監控，和去做心理測試檢測，這種事對中度抑鬱症是否產生影響多深？心跳加速呼吸困難，可是老闆就是否認
