位置比較偏僻，大晚上找酒店找了半天，過來參加半馬的，離起點路程25分鐘左右。衞生一般，房間香薰味太濃了，差點沒薰死。沐浴露和洗髮水是雜牌，不好用。沒有一次性拖鞋，找前台要才有。

公寓交通方便，房間乾淨衞生，服務人員友好。建議房間能配置冰箱（廣東大部分時間的天氣都是比較炎熱），方便客人冰凍飲料。另外，淋浴間可以考慮裝一個置物架放洗浴用品，洗髮水、沐浴液放地上既不方便也降低了民宿的檔次，

一個人住原本沒啥講究，但是進去還是被驚訝了，很破舊，看起來衞生不是很好的樣子，而且煙灰缸還有殘留煙頭，關鍵是隔音很差，晚上很吵

旁邊有個商業體，有大超市，附近有飯店，樓上住的人也挺多的，也給老闆建議了、夜裡有蚊子、配點蚊香、加強管理，整體中上。
