We booked two rooms together. When we arrived at the hotel, we said that the room should not be on the elevated side (because we had read reviews before booking the hotel that it was noisy on the elevated side). The lady at the front desk said that if the room was not on the elevated side, we would have to pay extra to upgrade us to the opposite side. The room type, but later they refunded us the money for an upgrade room (20) for some unknown reason, and no one answered the phone at the front desk. After five calls, we still went to the front desk to find them to solve the problem.
