超級贊！本來訂的一間標準雙人房，去到前台辦入住的時候前台的小姐姐看到我們帶着小朋友，就很熱情的幫我們免費升級了家庭親子房，而且最最最讚的是當時小朋友坐太久的車有點鬧脾氣，小姐姐還送他一個小玩具，緩解了我們作為家長的壓力，這點特別表揚前台工作人員的專業跟熱情，以前住温德姆的時候也沒有看到這樣專業熱情的前台，酒店的盈香套票也很划算，入住後還有免費的水果吃，酒店還可以免費洗衣服，健身，晚上還有免費的宵夜，這次入住真的開心，下次還來！

每次需要在高明住一晚的話，我是會選擇恆威的。這次五一節期間也在高明過一晚，也沒多想選擇了恆威。我還是會給你們5分好評，但是有幾點我需要説一下，第一是攜程訂房的權益感覺沒有一項有體現到，第一是房型升級，第二是延遲退房到16點，第三是1積分兑換的歡迎水果。為什麼我會説體現不到呢？辦理入住時前台沒説房型升級，第二是我曾經打電話到前台問退房時間，答覆是14點，13點30分的時候打來問續不續住。歡迎水果沒看到。除了以上的權益沒體現到之外，恆威給我的體驗依舊是非常棒！停車場保安盡職盡責，會主動指揮停車，前台辦理入住非常快！業務水平比較熟悉！客房服務也很棒，我需要多拿一床被子也很快就能送到來，中餐廳服務非常周到！雖然節假日沒了優惠雖然是住店的。服務水平是無可挑剔的！除了以上所提及的權益無一體現到之外。

環境：從環境還是設施來説有點港風的感覺，地理位置很好，周邊吃得也很方便，出門就是美食街，還有高明比較出名的新鮮牛肉吃。
服務：前台服務員提前詢問住房習慣愛好，有被暖心到🤭，幫我們選擇的房間還不錯，服務阿姨也很好，還給我們免費糖水。早餐吧，也沒大大要求😅
衞生：房間衞生很好，有被他們的洗漱用品感動到，一般酒店都是小瓶，他家這個都是平常自己用到的，就覺得酒店有用心
設施：他家配套很齊全，總得來説老酒店可以做到這些就很好了，下次再選擇🤭🤭
