Good location, good service, room was comfortable and clean. Needs better signposting outside the building though - a little hard to find on first visit.

第一次住這酒店，基本上地點方便，不過第一天打電話去總機表示需要浴衣，應對係到晚上仍未送上，再打電話到總機再要求，收線後三分鐘送到房間，覺得可以繁忙關係，忘記。
翌日早上，因為洗手間廁紙用完，到8摟食早餐時順便通知reception，表示房間內沒有廁紙，reception應對表示會送入房內。經過早餐後再出外步行半小時後，返回房間，發現仍未送上廁紙，於是立即自行步出同樓層服務員提取。
早餐大部分食物沒有保持熱度，全是冷冰冰
事情雖然屬於少事，但比客人感覺就是未能達到高水平。希望可以改善一下

位置很好 離千燈湖夜市步行15分鐘，酒店隔音好、乾淨，能提供浴鹽就更完美了，稍微麻煩的一點是需要到8樓辦理入住、轉乘電梯

酒店離千燈湖公園一路之隔，在高層能看到千燈湖美景，節假日晚八點九點還能欣賞燈光秀，周邊有商超和高檔次的餐飲店，地下有停車庫，停車也很方便，酒店大門不好找，要問大廈安保才知道酒店前台在八樓。房間設施比較智能，有空氣過濾器，自動窗簾，還有音樂等，燈光設備等有一鍵模式，很便捷。床乾淨舒適，安排的房間位置也很安靜，晚上睡得比較好。但缺點就是房間缺張獨立桌，想圍坐泡茶不方便，跟酒店要也沒有，做多提供張摺疊凳，還有浴室掛件較少，掛毛巾很不方便。早餐在八樓前台那裡，座位不多但品種味道過得去。總體來説不錯，如果帶家人旅遊還是可以推薦。
