服務態度超級差，辦理入住的時候前台服務員好像很不樂意似的，又敷衍，定的是豪華大床房，説什麼按標準房給我們，説給我們小房間，還説是線下會員打折都128了，我在網上預訂的，線下多少錢都應該對我沒有影響吧，要給我實際預訂的房型吧。還有的就是房間衞生一般般，一進去就看到被子上面臟的，衞生間花灑也不太行。
