Helpful staff, nice hotel, but room air con can’t be really adjust so it was a bit too cold at night. Nice Park right at the opposite.

An okay place to check out. Large swimming pool. Breakfast is alright but not the best. Clean and friendly staff. Nowhere to eat outside though.

不是第一次入住駿景酒店，算是均安最大型的星級酒店，酒店設施類型滿分，但這次辦理入住的體驗非常差，我是訂了4間房，預訂時已留言要非吸煙房間，我辦理入住時間已經是下午4時30分左右，首先前枱說找不到我的訂單已浪費了時間，到上房時，竟然有兩間房間還未收拾，連帶上一位客人用過的所有物品、食過的外賣原封不動，實在令人嘔心，而另一間房間打開門已一陣煙味非常難受，之後有一位職員上來理解情況但態度差劣，還好再去前枱經理立即再安排房間，但整體而言我的家人說這次體驗非常差。另外亦有意見就是很多大型酒店已全面禁止房間吸煙，但駿景還是有吸煙房間，首先房間沒有窗，有些不文明旅客開打開著門有4個人在房間吸煙，連有走廊都煙霧彌漫一大陣煙味，令不吸煙的旅客實在難受。

酒店很大，周邊環境很好，前面是翠湖，後面是泳池、健身房，喜歡運動的我，超享受，酒店配套完善，前台服務超好，總是笑臉迎人、熱情主動，房間舒適，空間夠大，還配送有水果牛奶，真貼心，自助早餐品種多、味道好，值得推薦，下次還會再來！

酒店位置優越，交通便利，環境一流，出行方便，停車場夠大，停車方便，大堂夠氣派，辦理入住時，前台小姐姐送上歡迎茶，很暖心，前台服務周到，效率高，客房乾淨衞生，窗外是翠湖是，很舒適，床墊很舒服，沖涼出水快，水温好，早餐出品的、豐富，二樓養生館項目多，技師手法很好，在酒店吃、喝、玩、樂，應有盡有，值得推薦，下次還會過來入住。
