酒店內部外部環境都很舒適整潔，枕頭睡起來很舒服，床單乾淨整潔，空氣清新，房間簡潔大，前台服務很好，小帥哥很有禮貌，阿姨也很有禮貌，樓下還有大型停車場很方便。

此次出差有幸入住了驛居酒店酒店，整體體驗有好有壞，下面就來詳細説一説吧。
一、優點
（一）地理位置優越
酒店位於市中心的繁華地段，交通十分便利。周邊就有地鐵站和多個公交站點，無論是前往客户公司還是當地的一些熱門景點都很便捷。附近還有不少餐廳、便利店等，解決日常飲食和購買一些急需用品都不成問題，這對於出差在外需要高效安排行程的我來説，無疑是一大優勢。
（二）房間設施較為齊全
進入房間，能看到基本的設施配備還是比較完善的。床鋪舒適乾淨，床墊的軟硬度適中，能夠讓我在忙碌一天後得到很好的休息。房間內還提供了高速無線網絡，信號很強且穩定，這對於需要隨時處理工作郵件和進行網上會議的我來説至關重要。此外，電視、空調、熱水壺等設備也都一應俱全且運行良好，能夠滿足日常的基本需求。
（三）酒店服務態度較好
從前台辦理入住手續開始，就能感受到酒店工作人員的熱情與專業。工作人員態度親切，辦理入住和退房手續的速度都很快，還會耐心解答我關於酒店設施、周邊環境等方面的問題。在入住期間，有一次我需要額外的毛巾和洗漱用品，撥打客房服務電話後，工作人員很快就送來了，並且詢問是否還有其他需求，這種貼心的服務讓人感覺很舒服。
二、缺點
（一）隔音效果欠佳
這一點是我此次入住體驗最不滿意的地方。房間的隔音似乎不太好，晚上能清晰地聽到走廊裏有人走動、説話的聲音，甚至隔壁房間的電視聲也能隱隱約約傳過來，這對我的睡眠質量造成了一定影響，畢竟出差期間需要充足的睡眠來保持良好的工作狀態。
（二）酒店設施老化
在使用一些酒店設施的過程中，能明顯感覺到部分設施已經有些老化了。比如衞生間的水龍頭，出水不太順暢，而且水温調節有時候不太靈敏，需要反覆調試才能達到合適的温度。還有房間的空調，製冷制熱效果雖然還能滿足基本需求，但運行時的噪音有點大，這些小細節在一定程度上影響了整體的住宿感受。
