空調不製冷，電視壞的。床單很臟，房間哪裡都是問題，要退房，酒店前台態度囂張至極，説酒店就這樣的房間不想住就自己申請退，然後平台客服打電話來跟前台確認，故意不接電話，我問他為什麼不接電話，他很拽的跟你説我們前台的電話想接就接不想接就不接關你什麼事，就是故意不給你退。
