1- one of the reasons that i chose this hotel that it mentioned in the rooms details that most of the rooms are river view, otherwise we discovered that none of them is river view, when we talked with the operator is our room a river view one he answered it’s not, and the river nearby is polluted, so i will upgrade you to a better level room , then when we checked in we found that it’s in the last upper floor (6th floor) which is no any benefit than the one we booked moreover it’s a very hot one.
2- the towels and sanitary are old and low quality.
3- the operator was so restrictive asked me about my ID + my visa copy + my entrance stamp although the rules only the ID copy is enough, moreover he asked about the ID for kids 8,10 years old! And kept saying will not allow us to stay without full documents.
The conclusion Uncomfortable stay in this hotel and also bad experience

Facilities: The facilities are old and there are many equipment problems. Repairs have been delayed even after reporting the situation.
