Elevator was broken which is very difficult for family to use stairs with baby stroller
Breakfast was awful almost everything served cold and not fresh

The location is relatively convenient. The hotel is a budget hotel and quite satisfactory. It just happened to be a holiday and the house prices have gone up.

What should I say? When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that there were no rooms with windows. I was assigned a room without windows. Then the room was very stuffy and the air conditioner was very uncomfortable. I slept there for one night and then moved out. It was a bit scary.
